My name is Craig and I am passionate about helping people unleash their potential to feel positive physically and mentally with a focus on Group Fitness.

I have worked in the Health and Fitness industry since 2012 with experience working in the mental health care sector to my current job as a Firefighter.

I want to coach people who need the extra hand to get to were they want in their journey wether that’s by providing training plans, nutritional advice, tips and technique sessions to enhance their group exercise experience or 1-1 online coaching.
